Ordering and Payment

A: We’re sorry, no changes can be made after the order is submitted. We will process and ship it as soon as possible.

A: If you placed an order online using your email address, you should receive an order confirmation in your email inbox within 48 hours after order placement. Please also check your Spam/Junk or Promotions email folder.

A: Per our terms of service, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bulk order placed on our website. This includes orders placed via the same account, customer, payment method, address and/or other order that is identified as fraudulent. We reserve the right to prohibit purchases of any products intended for resale, distribution, etc. unless the purchase is made by a pre-qualified vendor.

Shipping and Delivery

A: We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. UPS Ground – delivered in 5-7 business days These are estimated delivery times and commence from the date of dispatch. There might be a delay in receiving your orders during sale events, special holidays, and inclement weather.

A: Yes, we have extensive experience in FBA shipping and can provide one-stop services such as labeling and packaging.

A: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. You can choose sea freight, air freight, or express delivery (DHL/UPS/FedEx). Free shipping is available for orders over $200.

A: Yes! We ship to over 150 countries worldwide via trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, and postal services). Shipping times vary by destination:
North America/Europe: 3-7 business days (express) / 7-14 business days (standard).
Asia Pacific: 2-5 business days (express) / 5-10 business days (standard).
Rest of the world: 7-15 business days (standard).

Hot drinks: Up to 12 hours.
Cold drinks: Up to 24 hours.
The insulation performance may vary slightly based on usage (e.g., frequency of opening the lid, ambient temperature).

A: All our cups are crafted from food-grade, BPA-free materials—including high-quality stainless steel, borosilicate glass, and food-safe silicone. Each product undergoes strict quality inspections to meet international safety standards (FDA, LFGB, and CE certified). A: We offer a wide range of sizes to suit different needs:
Small (8-12 oz / 236-355 ml): Ideal for espresso, tea, or kids’ drinks.
Medium (16-20 oz / 473-591 ml): Perfect for daily coffee, smoothies, or water.
Large (24-32 oz / 710-946 ml): Great for travel, workouts, or bulk beverages.

A: Our insulated tumblers, travel mugs, and water bottles are designed with leak-proof lids (screw-on or snap-on) to prevent spills, making them perfect for on-the-go use (bags, cars, workouts). However, please note that glass cups with standard lids may not be 100% leak-proof—we recommend checking the product description for “leak-proof” labeling.

Returns and Refunds

A: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery—we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund. Customized products are non-returnable unless defective.

Warranty and Replacement

A: Under normal use, the warranty period is 1 month. Free replacement is available for non-human-caused damage.

Custom Made

A: Yes. We can customize logos, colors, and packaging, and we also provide OEM/ODM services.

A: Yes, we provide a paid sampling service. The sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order.
